Ecuadorian Cacao of Excellence is stoneground with Ecuadorian cashew to create a creamy milky chocolate bar - Cashew Milk 53 - earning a World Silver 2022 with the ICA.
We've turned this award-winning chocolate into crumbs that can be added to a mug, melted with warm liquid and enjoyed effortlessly warm or cold.
EASY HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
1. Get your favourite CUP
2. Add a spoon or 2 of the crumbled mix, we aim for around 30g/1oz
3. Add about ¼ Cup of (slightly cooled down) boiled water
4. Stir the mixture into a paste for about 30 seconds
5. Fill the rest of the cup with your favourite WARM MILK (we like Soy Barista)
7. Stir, add a straw and minimarshmallows if you have and enjoy!
EASY COLD CHOCOLATE RECIPE
1. Get your favourite CUP
2. Add a spoon or 2 of the crumbled mix.
3. Add about ¼ Cup of (slightly cooled down) boiled water - just enough to cover or almost cover the chocolate crumbs.
4. Stir the mixture into a paste for about 30 seconds
5. Fill the rest of the cup with your favourite COLD MILK (we like Soy Barista)
7. Stir, add a straw and minimarshmallows if you have and enjoy!
