The cocoa butter's creamy, pineapply profile earned itself the World Gold medal in 2019-2020 and we've been using it since just before.  We've sourced an excellent cashew from a great little team and freshly roasted it at Solkiki's own roastery until we get exactly the right profile to pair with the delightful cocoa butter.   In this bar, we paired this pineapply cocoa butter with actual pineapple to push the tangy profile forwards, and add to the sublime creamy texture with chunks of traditional Dutch Stroopwafel.   
 
Stroopwafels, if you don't know, comprise 2 soft chewy waffels, baked with a layer of thick luscious vegan caramel in the sandwich. Lightly spiced with cinnamon and hint of vanilla. The flavour transfers throughout the melt.
